Training in Muay Thai with added Vale Tudo extras

at Dynamo we train Muaythai boxing with an MMA feel, many MMA clubs you visit spend alot of the time working on the ground - Brazilian Ju-jitsu style and dont spend all that much time on striking, stand up and grounded. Yes we all no that BJJ is very effective in MMA and yes to be a good fighter you have to train floor work and submissions, but you also need to spend just as much time with your stand up work and striking ability, at Dynamo WE DO THIS, all the stand up strikes from MuayThai - punches, kicks, knees and elbows with power and speed plus we work extras, for example striking on the floor punches, knees, elbows the foot stomp the dreaded soccer kick etc. We work alot on movement and ringcraft, which is also vital in Muay Thai and MMA, also plenty of time spent on stand up MuayThai clinchwork but we add in lots of extras from Vale Tudo all put together with striking and takedowns and takedown defence... No-Gi Groundfighting based on Combat Sambo with strikes, submissions and escapes also covered

Adult class - Open to anybody- male/female, you dont have to come for whole 2 1/2 hours
